A Day in the Life of an AI Automation Educator

Peek into the life of an AI Automation Educator. From Google Cloud labs to TikTok tutorials and cuddles with Matteo, it’s a blend of tech and heart.

Hi, this is G—a thinker, tinkerer, and full-time AI enthusiast who also happens to be Matteo’s personal hug dispenser. Welcome to a sneak peek into my day, where I juggle Google Cloud labs, TikTok videos, community-building, and, of course, caffeinated moments of clarity.

Morning: Coffee, Habits, and Hugging Matteo

My day kicks off like most Pinoys—coffee. But not just any coffee—it’s that life-giving brew that transforms me from “Matteo’s butler” to “AI Automation Educator extraordinaire.”

After caffeination, I dive into my morning habits. Thanks to Atomic Habits (a true game-changer), I stick to daily journaling and gratitude practices. There’s something about putting thoughts to paper that grounds me amidst the chaos of deadlines and ideas.

Walking Matteo is non-negotiable. Whether it’s chasing imaginary squirrels or sniffing everything like it’s his job, it’s our bonding moment before the grind begins. Oh, and the 10,000 steps? That’s me squeezing in movement while Matteo supervises.

Midday: Learning, Creating, Engaging

My current obsession? Learning all things AI and automation. Right now, I’m:

  • Completing Google Cloud Skill Boosts on MLOps with Vertex AI.
  • Tackling certification for Anthropic Advanced Prompt Engineering.
  • Trying not to pull my hair out while retaking Make Academy exams to snag that elusive Expert Badge.

Amidst all this learning, I also create content. Every day, I post TikTok videos about AI for Pinoys, sharing tips, tools, and a sprinkle of humor to make tech relatable. These videos make their way to Instagram and YouTube Shorts, where they (hopefully) inspire more people to dive into AI.

On community days, I’m replying to questions in Talyer AI or hosting webinars. Connecting with others makes it all worth it—sharing insights and hearing stories from fellow AI enthusiasts fuels my drive.

Afternoon: Tutorials, Tools, and Matteo’s Interruptions

Afternoons are all about deep work. I craft daily tutorials on AI and automation tools like Make.com, ChatGPT, Claude, Voiceflow, and more. There’s so much to share—it’s like opening a pandora’s box of productivity hacks!

And then there’s Matteo. My husky-chow chow mix likes to remind me that breaks are essential. Whether it’s pawing my chair or dropping a toy at my feet, he keeps my afternoons lighthearted.

Evening: Wrapping Up and Reflecting

By evening, it’s all about winding down. I review the day’s tasks, scribble down lessons in my journal, and plan for tomorrow. If I have extra energy, I might hop onto Discord to chat with Talyer AI members or brainstorm new ideas for the community.

And then, there’s family time. My mom and Matteo are the constants that keep me grounded. Dinner, laughter, and the occasional Netflix binge remind me that even amidst the hustle, it’s the connections that matter most.

Why It’s All Worth It

Building an AI community, learning new tools, and sharing knowledge—it’s not just work; it’s a calling. Whether it’s a message from someone who aced their first AI project or a heartfelt thank-you from a webinar attendee, these moments remind me why I started.
